New Delhi, the 8th August, 2017
S.O. 2517 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby authorize the Sub-Collector, Tirupati Division of Chittoor District as
the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 128+200 to km 163+400
of the National Highway No.71 for building (widening / six-laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the
State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
