1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, S.O. 1567 (E) dated 05 July, 2011, published in the
Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, part II Section 3, Sub Section (ii) dated 05 July, 2011, namely;
In the Schedule to the said notification:-
(i) The entries mentioned under Column number 2 Serial No. 2 “Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition),
Joint Organization, Ghaziabad”, the words “Deputy Collector cum special Land Acquisition Officer, Harpur” shall be
substituted.
