S.O. 3627(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1567
(E) dated the 20th June, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub section
(ii), dated the 20th June, 2014 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 3095 (E) dated 09.12.2014, S.O. 3130 (E)
dated 20.11.2015 and S.O. 2939(E) dated 14th September, 2016, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial number (1) related to District “Mau”, in column
(2) "Competent Authority" "Sub Divisional magistrate, Sadar Mau, may be read as “Additional District
Magistrate (F/R), Mau.”
