CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 23rd February, 2017
S.O. 608(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 651(E),
dated the 04th February, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii), dated the 4th March, 2016, namely:-
In the english version of the preamble to the said notification, for the words and letters “Addl. Deputy
Commissioner, L.A. Nagaon”, words and letters, “Addl. Deputy Commissioner & in-charge Land
Acquisition Branch, Nagaon District” shall be substituted.
In the hindi version of the preamble to the said notification, for the words and letters “apar upayukta
(bhumi adhigrahan), nagaon”, words and letters, “atirikta upayukta prabhari, bhumi adhigrahan
shakha, nagaon zila” shall be substituted.
