S.O. 3690(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 2788(E) dated the 14th September, 2013,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th September, 2013,
namely:-
In the Schedule of the aforesaid notification against Sr. No. 2 in Column No. 2 for “Deputy Collector, Talaja”,
the words “Assistant Collector, Talaja” may be substituted.
