NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
S.O. 2076.(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquisition Officer, Araria as the
Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of stretch of land from Km. 99+000 to Km. 101+000 of
the National Highway No.327E for building (Construction of ROB and its approaches in replacement of existing
level crossing at Km.100 of NH-327E (Araria-Raniganj Section)),maintenance, management and operation in the
state of Bihar, as specified in the schedule given below.
