NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th June, 2017
S.O. 1825(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the NH Act, 1956 (48 of 1956),
the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O.108 (E) dated 12th January, 2017, published in the Gazette of India
Extraordinary, Part – II, Section 3, Sub section (ii) dated 12th January, 2017 namely :—
(1) Against competent authority RDO, Sangareddy :—
(i) In Col. No. 2 the Competent Authority for the entry “Revenue Divisional Office Sangareddy” the
entry “Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy” may be substituted.
(ii) In Col. No. 3 for the existing stretch, the entry “Design Km. 0.000 to Km. 39.980 (existing Km. 0.000
