New Delhi, the 17th March, 2020
G.S.R. 182(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention
of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) and in
supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue
No. G.S.R. 216(E), dated 13th March, 2019 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before
such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one
year, consisting of :—
(i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.N. Patel, Chairperson
(ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice J. R. Midha, Member
(iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar, Member
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2020.
