NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2016
S.O. 1746(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section of 3 of the National
Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officer mentioned in coloum
(2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authoritiy to perform the funcitons of such authority
under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect
of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in coloumn (3) of the said Schedule relating to
district, taluka, police station and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said
Schedule for building (widening/extension of toll plaza, etc.), manintenance, management and operation of the
National Highway No.8 in the State of Rajasthan.
