NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th July, 2018
S. O. 3424(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section 3 of section 3 of the Spices
Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986) read with clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central
Government hereby appoints the following person as Chairman of Spices Board for a period of three years specified
against his name and for that purpose make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), number S.O. 123 (E), dated the 26th February, 1987,
namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
entries shall be substituted, namely: -
“1. Shri Subhash Vasu, - Chairman
Puthenveettil,
South Monkuzhi, (He shall hold office for a period of three years w.e.f. the date of
Pullikkanakku P.O., Kayamkulam, assumption of charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the tenure
Alappuzha, Kerala- 690537. of the Board, or until further orders, whichever is earliest)”.
