S.O. 4418(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (9) of section 2 of the Indian
Stamp Act, 1899, the Central Government hereby appoints Additional Deputy Commissioner, Union territory of
Chandigarh as Collector, Chandigarh for purposes of Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
