(ii) जसस्ट्टम एनाजलजसस जडिाइन, सॉफ्टवेर्र डेवलपमेंट एंड इम्प्लीमेंटेिन जसस्ट्टम और नेटवकय एडजमजनस्ट्रेिन के ित्रे में पंरह वषय का अनुभव और मैनेजिंग इंफॉरमेिन जसस्ट् टम में कम से कम िो वषय का अनुभव। ट्रटप्प ण 1:- जवभागीर् जनििे क (प्रणाली) वेतन मैट्ररक्स स्ट् तर-12 (रु. 78800- 209200) में जिन्‍दहोंने ग्रेड में पांच वषय की जनर्जमत सेवा की हो और जिनके पास प्रजतजनर्ुजि के आधार पर जनर्ुजि के जलए जवचाराथय जवजहत िैिजणक अहतय ा और अनुभव हो, का बाहरी अभ् र्थी के साथ जवचार दकर्ा िाएगा। र्दि पि पर जनर्ुजि के जलए जवभागीर् अभ् र्थी का चर्न दकर्ा4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] िाता ह;ै इसे प्रोन्नजत द्वारा भरा गर्ा माना िाएगा। ट्रटप्प ण 2:- प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अवजध (अंिकाजलक संजविा सजहत), जिसमें केन्‍द रीर् सरकार के उसी र्ा दकसी अन्‍दर् संगठन र्ा जवभाग म ें इस जनर्ुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्‍दर् बाह्य काडर पि पर प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अवजध िाजमल है, साधारणतर्ा तीन वष यसे अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्प ण 3:- प्रजतजनर्ुजि (अिं काजलक संजविा सजहत) द्वारा जनर्ुजि के जलए अजधकतम आर्ु सीमा आवेिन प्राजप्त की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. स.ं के-11011/01/2022-डीडी.II] सुरेंरकुमार बागडे, अपर सजचव MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th February, 2024 G.S.R. 117(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 56 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), and in supersession of the Recruitment Regulations of Commissioner (Systems), Delhi Development Authority, 2011 (newly created post), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, hereby makes the following rules to regulate the service conditions in respect of the post of Commissioner (Systems) in the Delhi Development Authority, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Development Authority, Commissioner (Systems), Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Approval of appointment to post.- No appointment shall be made without obtaining prior approval of the Central Government under these rules. 5. Disqualification.- No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post; it shall be treated as having been filled by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation (including short-term contract) including the period of deputation (including short- term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
