उप-जनििे कों (मंत्रालर्ी) में से ट्रटप्पणी: िहां उन कजनष् ठ अजधका ट्ररर्ों की प्रोन्नजत पर (3) मुख्र् लेखा अजधकारी, दिल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण - सिस्ट्र्; और जवचार दकर्ा िा रहा ह ै जिन् होंने अपनी अहकय र्ा पात्रता सेवा (4) दिल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण के उपाध्र्ि द्वारा नाजमत अनसु ूजचत िाजत पूरी कर ली है, वहां उनके वट्ररष् ठ र्ा अनुसूजचत िनिाजत के प्रजतजनजध। अजधकाट्ररर्ों की प्रोन्नजत पर भी जवचार दकर्ा िाएगा, परंतु उनकी अपेजित अहकय र्ा पात्रता सेवा आधी से अजधक से कम र्ा िो वषय से कम ना हो, िो भी न् र्ून है, तर्ा जिन् होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष् ठ अजधकाट्ररर्ों जिन् होंने ऐसी अहकय र्ा पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, के सार् अगले उच् चतर ग्रेड में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररवीिा अवजध सफलतापूवयक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनर्जु ि केंद्रीर् सरकार र्ा राज्र् सरकार में कार्यरत अजधकारी: (i) मूल संवगय र्ा जवभाग में जनर्जमत आधार पर सििृ पि; र्ा (ii) पांच वषय की जनर्जमत सेवा के सार् वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर -11 (रु.67,700-2,08,700/ रुपए) में पि र्ा समतुल्र् पिI (iii) मान्र्ता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालर् से नातातक में जडग्री र्ा समकि I ट्रटप्पण 1:- फीडर श्रेणी के जवभागीर् अजधकारी जिनकी सीधे प्रोन्नजत होनी ह,ै प्रजतजनर्जु ि पर जनर्ुजि के जलए जवचार करने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनर्ुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनर्ुजि के4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जलए जवचार दकए िाने का पात्र नहीं होंगे । ट्रटप्पण 2:- प्रजतजनर्जु ि की अवजध, जिसमें केंद्रीर् सरकार के उसी र्ा दकसी अन्र् संगठन र्ा जवभाग में इस जनर्ुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्र् वाह्य काडर पि पर प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अवजध साधारणतर्ा पर तीन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 3:- प्रजतजनर्ुजि द्वारा जनर्ुजि के जलए अजधकतम आर्ु सीमा आवेिन प्राजप्त की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. सं. के-11011/36/2018-डीडी.II] वी. के. कुिवाहा, अवर सजचव MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th August, 2023 G.S.R. 635(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 56 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government, after consultation with the Delhi Development Authority, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Director (Ministerial) in the Delhi Development Authority, namely :— 1 . Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Development Authority, Director (Ministerial), Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication of the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 6. Similarly, the deputationists shall also not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2:- Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the central government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
