NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th November, 2018
No. 12-15/2012-CCH(Pt.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of section 33 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Council of Homoeopathy, with the previous sanction
of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum
Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations 2013, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Homoeopathy Central Council
(Minimum Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) amendment Regulations
2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. (i) In the Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and
attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2013,-after regulation 9, the following regulation shall be inserted
namely:-
“9A Attendance:- The attendance shall be through Aadhar Based Go location enabled Biometric Attendance
system for teaching staff, non-teaching staff, hospital staff and post graduate students, which shall be made
accessible to the Central Government and Central Council for verification’’.
(ii) in regulation 10, the sub-regulation (5), shall be omitted.
