Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) amendment Regulations 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. (i) In the Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2013,-after regulation 9, the following regulation shall be inserted namely:- “9A Attendance:- The attendance shall be through Aadhar Based Go location enabled Biometric Attendance system for teaching staff, non-teaching staff, hospital staff and post graduate students, which shall be made accessible to the Central Government and Central Council for verification’’. (ii) in regulation 10, the sub-regulation (5), shall be omitted. Dr. ASHIS DATTA, Registrar-cum- Secy.
