L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-08062024-254627 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-08062024-254627 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 404] नई ददल्ली, िुक्रर्ार, िनू 7, 2024/ज्य ष्े ि 17, 1946 No. 404] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2024/JYAISHTHA 17, 1946 ऊिा ा दक्षता ब्य रू ो अजधसचू ना नई ददल्ली, 6 िनू , 2024 स.ं बीईई/एसएण्ड एल/एसी/37/2023-24.—ऊिाा दक्षता ब् यरू ो केन्‍द रीय सरकार के पूर्ा अनुमोदन स े ऊिाा संरक्षण अजधजनयम, 2001 (2001 का 52) की धारा 58 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (झ) के साथ पठित धारा 13 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ढ) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यरू ो (रूम एयर कंडीिनरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजियां और रीजत) जर्जनयम 2017 में संिोधन का प्रस्ट्तार् करता ह,ै प्रस्ट्ताजर्त मसौदा संिोधनों को उि अजधजनयम की धारा 58 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा यथाअपेजक्षत, इसस े प्रभाजर्त होन े र्ाले सभी सभं ाजर्त व्यजियों की सूचना के जलए भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र, में प्रकाजित दकया िाता ह ै तथा इस पर उनके सुझार् और आपजत्तयां (यदद कोई हो तो) आमंजत्रत की िाती ह ैं और यह सजू चत दकया िाता ह ै दक इस पर जर्जनयम मसौदे के भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख के तीस ददन की अर्जध की समाजि पर या उसके बाद जर्चार दकया िाएगा; आपजत्तयां या सुझार्, यदद कोई हो तो, महाजनदेिक, ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो, जर्द्युत मंत्रालय, चौथा तल, सेर्ा भर्न, सेक्टर -1, आर.के. पुरम, नई ददल्ली-110066 को भेिे िा सकते ह;ैं 3436 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] उि पैरा 1 में जर्जनर्दाष् ट तीस ददनों की अर्जध की समाजि से पहल े उक्त मसौदा संिोधन जर्जनयमों के संबंध में व् यजियों से प्राप् त होने र्ाली आपजत्तयों या सुझार्ों पर ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यरू ो द्वारा जर्चार दकया िाएगा। 1. सजं क्षि नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जर्जनयमों का संजक्षप् त नाम ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो (रूम एयर कंडीिनरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजियां और रीजत), संिोधन जर्जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य ेजर्जनयम 01 िनर्री, 2026 से प्रर्ृत् त होंगे। 2. उि जर्जनयमों की, अनुसूची में, िीर्ाक के अधीन, -"रूम एयर कंडीिनर के लेबल पर संप्रदर्िात की िान े र्ाली जर्जिजियां", अंकों, अक्षरों और िब्दों के जलए, - (1) लेबल जडिाइन, (i) आयाम, (ii) रंग योिना (iv) रूम एयर कंडीिनर के जलए मुदरत लेबल का पूरे नमूने के स्ट्थ ान पर जनम्नजलजखत को रखा िाएगा, अथाात:् - (1) लेबल जडिाइन; (i) आयाम;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ii) रंग योिना;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (iii) रूम एयर कंडीिनर के जलए मुदरत लेबल का पूरा नमूना;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 3. उि जर्जनयमों म,ें उपाबंध प्ररूप I – (ख) की मद संख् या 5 के अधीन, रूम एयर कंडीिनर पर जचपकाए िाने र्ाल े लेबल का नमूना नीचे ददखाया गया ह ै (समान श्रेणी के मॉडलों के जलए अलग नमूना संलग्न करें (यदद लाग ू हो)), जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाात:्6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 4. उि जर्जनयमों म,ें उपाबंध प्ररूप II – (ख) की मद संख् या 4 के अधीन ब्यरू ो द्वारा जर्जधर्त अनुमोददत रूम एयर कंडीिनर पर चस्ट् पा दकए िान े र्ाले लेबल का नमूना नीचे ददखाया गया ह ै (मॉडलों की श्रेणी के जलए अलग-अलग नमूने सलं ग्न ह)ैं , जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाात:् अभय बाकरे, महाजनदेिक, [जर्ज्ञापन-III/4/असा./173/2024-25] ठटप्प ण - मूल जर्जनयम अजधसूचना संख्या बीईई/एसएण्ड एल/एसी/37/2017-18, तारीख 29 नर्ंबर, 2017 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाजित दकए गए थे।[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 THE BUREAU OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th June, 2024 No. BEE/S&L/AC/37/2023-24.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 58 read with clause (n) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Bureau of Energy Efficiency with the previous approval of the Central Government, proposes to amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Room Air Conditioners) Regulation 2017, the proposed draft amendments are hereby published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as required by sub-section (1) of section 58 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and inviting their suggestions and objections (if any); and the notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary; Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director-General, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, 4th Floor, Sewa Bhawan, Sector-1, R.K.Puram, New Delhi-110066; Objections or suggestions which may be received from the persons with respect to the said draft amendment regulations before the expiry of the period of thirty days specified in para 1 above, shall be taken into consideration by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Room Air Conditioners), Amendment Regulation, 2024. (2) It shall come into force with effect from 01st January, 2026. 2. In the said regulations, in Schedule, under the heading, ―“Particulars to be displayed on labels of room air conditioner’’, for the figure, letters and words, ―(1) Label design, (i) Dimension, (ii) Colour scheme (iv) The complete specimen of a printed label for room air conditioner” the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) Label design;8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (i) Dimension; (ii) Colour scheme;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 9 (iii) The complete specimen of a printed label for room air conditioner;10 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 3.
