S.O. 2530(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 (A) of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways number S.O. 1182(E), dated the 22nd March, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd March, 2016, namely:-
In the schedule of the said notification, against page no. 24, Para No. 1, National Highway No. 94, in the
stretch of land from km 0.00 to 97.900 (Dharasu-Yamunotri Section) Block- Barkot (Km 0.00 to 37.00 in the
district of Uttarkashi may be read as “National Highway No. 94, in the stretch of land from km 0.00 to 97.900
(Dharasu-Yamunotri Section) Block- Dunda (Km 0.00 to 37.00 in the district of Uttarkashi”
