(1) These rules may be called the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses (Amendment) Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017 (herein after referred to as the said rules), for the Third Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:- “The Third Schedule [See rules 5 and 13 (3)] Application fees for registration and renewal with the Authority Unit of registration Fee Each warehouse with a capacity of upto 500 Ton Rs. 5,000/- Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 500 Ton but less than or equal Rs. 7,500/- to 1,000 Ton Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 1,000 Ton but less than or Rs. 10,000/- equal to 2,500 Ton Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 2,500 Ton but less than or Rs. 15,000/- equal to 5,000 Ton Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 5,000 Ton but less than or Rs. 20,000/- equal to 10,000 Ton Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 10,000 Ton but less than or Rs. 25,000/- equal to 25,000 Ton4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 25,000 Ton Rs. 30,000/- Where the applicant or warehouseman is a Farmer Producer Organisation or a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, the fee shall be Rs. 5,000 per warehouse.” 3. In the said rules, for the Seventh Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:- “The Seventh Schedule [See rule 18 (1) and (2)] Minimum net worth requirements for registration with the Authority Storage capacity (in Tons) Net worth (Rupees in crores) Upto 500 0.04 501 – 1,000 0.08 1,001 – 1,500 0.12 1,501 – 2,000 0.16 2,001 – 2,500 0.20 2,501 – 5,000 0.40 5,001 – 7,000 1.00 7,001 – 10,000 2.00 10,001 – 15,000 5.00 15,000 – 25,000 10.00 25,001 – 75,000 20 75,001 – 1,50,000 30 1,50,001 – 5,00,000 50 5,00,001 and above 100 Where the applicant or warehouseman is a Farmer Producer Organisation or a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, the net worth shall be positive.” [F.
