2. क(cid:21)(cid:22)ीय हो(cid:16)योपैथी प(cid:23)रषद ्(साधारण) िविनयम, 2018 (यहा ँ इसके बाद उ0 िविनयम1 स े संदEभत8 ), िविनयम 4 म,(cid:21)
उप िविनयम (1) म,(cid:21) परंतकु म,(cid:21) शHद1 “पं(cid:22)ह (cid:4)दन” को शHद1 “कम से कम सात (cid:4)दन” स े(cid:12)ितIथािपत (cid:4)कया जायेगा ।
3. उ0 िविनयम1 के िविनयम 5 के, उप िविनयम (1) म,(cid:21) शHद1 “पJतालीस (cid:4)दन” को शHद1 “प(cid:22)ं ह (cid:4)दन” से (cid:12)ितIथािपत
(cid:4)कया जाएगा ।
4. उ0 िविनयम1 के िविनयम 6 म-(cid:21)
(i) उप िविनयम (2) म (cid:21)शHद “पं(cid:22)ह” को शHद “सात” से (cid:12)ितIथािपत (cid:4)कया जाएगा ।
(ii) उप िविनयम (3) म (cid:21)शHद “पं(cid:22)ह” को शHद “सात” से (cid:12)ितIथािपत (cid:4)कया जाएगा ।

CENTRAL COUNCIL OF HOMOEOPATHY
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th April, 2019
No. 7-2/2018-CCH.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) to (g) of sub-section (1) of
section 33 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Council of Homoeopathy,
with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the
Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Amendment
Regulations, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the
said regulations), in regulation 4, in sub-regulation (1), in the proviso, for the words “fifteen days”, the words
“minimum of seven days” shall be substituted.
3. In the said regulations, in regulation 5, in sub-regulation (1) for the words “forty five days”, the
words “fifteen days” shall be substituted.
4. In the said regulations, in regulation 6,—
(i) in sub-regulation (2) for the word “fifteen” the word “seven” shall be substituted;
(ii) in sub-regulation (3) for the word “fifteen” the word “seven” shall be substituted.
5. In the said regulations, in regulation 45,—
(i) in sub-regulation (2) for the words “twenty one days and twelve days”, the words “seven days
and five days” shall be substituted;
(ii) in the proviso to sub-regulation (2) for the words “ten days” the words “three days” shall be
substituted.
