G.S.R. 1136(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (c), (e), (f) and (g) of sub-section (2) of
section 30 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 (54 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes the following
rules further to amend the Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Second Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989, in Schedule 1, (a) for serial number 8 and the entries
relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—

“8. Delhi 1. Union Territory of Delhi.
2. Districts of Baghpat, Meerut, Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) and
Bulandshahar of the State of Uttar Pradesh.”;
(b) for serial numbers 10 and 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be
substituted, namely :—
