उप-धारा (2) के खडं (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित् :-
1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.__(1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (खाद्य और कृजि सगं ठन की 75 िीं
ििगि ाठं के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क े िारी करना) जनयम, 2020 ह।ै
(2) य ेरािपत्र म ें प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. जसक्का का मल्ू यिग.ि__ “खाद्य और कृजि सगं ठन की 75 िीं ििगि ाठं " के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन
िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंपचहत्तर रुपये मल्ू यिग िके जसक्के का भी जनमािण दकया िायेगा।
3. जसक्कों की जिमा और सरं चना.__ जनयम 2 म ें उजल्लजखत मूल्यिगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनरूु प

जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीिि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े उत् कीर्णित होगा, उसकी
बायीं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” और अंग्रेिी म ें “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। इन िोनों िब्िों के बीच में पांच िीि ि
जबन्द्ि ुजसतारा उत्कीणि होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें अंदकत मूल्य "75" होगा इसके साथ िेिनागरी
में "रुपय"े अंग्रेिी में "RUPEES" भी जलखा होगा। ऊपरी और जनचली पररजध के उत्कीणिन को िोनों तरफ से छोटी रेखा से
अलग ििािया गया होगा।
पष्ठृ भाग:
जसक्के के इस भाग पर पानी के ऊपर जखलत े कमल के फूल के िाईं और बाईं ओर िृत्ताकार म ें अनाि की बाली के जचत्र के
साथ दिखाया ह।ै ऊपरी पररजध द्वारा कटा हुआ उगता हुआ सयू ि, कमल के फूल के ऊपर दिखाई िेगा। सूयि के जचत्र के ऊपर
अंग्रेिी म ें "FAO" जलखा होगा। इस जचत्र म ें कमल के फूल के ठीक नीच े पार्श् ि भाग म ें अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें "2020" जलखा
होगा। जसक्के के जनचली पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें "सही पोिण िेि रोिन" उत्कीण ि होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th September, 2020
G.S.R. 565 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24
of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the
occasion of 75th Anniversary of Food and Agriculture Organisation) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of Coin.– The coin of Seventy Five Rupees denomination shall also be coined at the Mint for issue
under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “75th Anniversary of Food and Agriculture
Organisation”.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.– The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to
the following dimensions and composition, namely:-

4. Design.– The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.– The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to
commemorate the occasion of 75th Anniversary of Food and Agriculture Organisation and the remedy allowed in
making of the coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते”
inscribed below. The words “भारत” in Hindi and “INDIA” in English with five pointed star in between the two words
inscribed on the upper periphery. It shall also bear the denominational value “75” in International Numeral and the
words “रुपये” in Hindi and “RUPEES” in English on the lower periphery. The inscription on upper and lower

REVERSE:
This face of the coin depicts a lotus in full bloom floating on water in the centre, with ears of cereal on either side. The
rising sun cut by the upper periphery shall appear above the lotus. The inscription “FAO” in English is encircled on
sketch of sun. A year “2020” in international numeral shall be flanked below the picture of lotus on the coin. On
bottom periphery of the coin the inscription “सही पोषण देश रोशन” in Devnagri script is made.
