L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-28122021-232215 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-28122021-232215 xxxGIDExxx ऄसाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 687] नइ ददल्ली, मगं लिार, ददसम्ब र 28, 2021/पौर् 7, 1943 No. 687] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2021/PAUSA 7, 1943 जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनदु ान अयोग ऄजधसूचना नइ ददल् ली, 28 ददसम् बर, 2021 जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनदु ान अयोग (ईच्चतर जिक्षा म ेंएकेडजमक बैंक ऑफ क्रेजडट्स की स्ट्थापना और सचं ालन) (प्रथम संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2021 फा. स.ं 14-31/2018 (सीपीपी-II).—जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनुदान अयोग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 की धारा 26 की ईप-धारा (1) के खंड (च) और (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनुदान अयोग केंद्र सरकार के ऄनुमोदन से एतद्द्वारा जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनुदान अयोग (ईच्चतर जिक्षा म ें एकेडजमक बैंक ऑफ क्रेजडट्स की स्ट्थापना और संचालन) जिजनयम, 2021 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करता ह ै [ऄजधसूचना संख्या 14-31/2018 (सीपीपी-II) ददनांक 28 जुलाइ, 2021] (आसके अग े'मूल जिजनयम' के रूप म ेंसंदर्भभत), नामत:- संजक्षप्त िीर्कष और प्रारंभ.—(1) आन जिजनयमों को जिश्वजिद्यालय ऄनुदान अयोग (ईच्चतर जिक्षा म ें एकेडजमक बैंक ऑफ क्रेजडट्स की स्ट्थापना और संचालन) (प्रथम संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2021 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये भारत के राजपत्र म ें आसके प्रकािन की तारीख स े प्रभािी होंगे। मूल जिजनयमों के जिजनयम 7 के ईप-जिजनयम 1 के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नित ईप-जिजनयम को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, नामत:-
(1) जिजनयम 1 के ईप-जिजनयम (2) की ितों को पूरा करने िाल े जिश्वजिद्यालयों एिं स्ट्िायत्त महाजिद्यालयों तथा राष्ट्रीय महत्ि के संस्ट्थान जो दक भारत सरकार द्वारा घोजर्त ह ैं और ईपाजध प्रदान करन े के जलए संसद के ऄजधजनयम द्वारा जििेर् रूप स ेऄजधकृत दकए गए ह।ैं 7631 GI/2021 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] जिजनयम 7 के ईप-जिजनयम 2 को हटा ददया जाएगा। जिजनयम 7 के ईप-जिजनयम 3, 4, 5 और 6 को क्रमिः 2, 3, 4 और 5 के रूप म ेंपढा जाएगा। टटप्पणी : मूल जिजनयम भारत के राजपत्र, ऄसाधारण भाग III, खंड 4 म ें फा. स.ं 14-31/2018 (सीपीपी-II) के माध्यम से ददनांक 28 जुलाइ, 2021 को प्रकाजित दकए गए थे। प्रो. रजनीि जैन, सजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/ऄसा./551/2021-22] UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th December, 2021 University Grants Commission (Establishment and Operation of Academic Bank of Credits in Higher Education) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2021 F. No. 14-31/2018(CPP-II).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (f) and (g) of sub-Section (1) of Section 26 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, the University Grants Commission with the approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the University Grants Commission (Establishment and Operation of Academic Bank Of Credits in Higher Education) Regulations, 2021 [Notification No. 14-31/2018(CPP-II) dated 28th July, 2021] (hereinafter referred to as 'the Principal Regulations'), namely:
Short title and commencement ─ (1) These regulations may be called the University Grants Commission (Establishment and Operation of Academic Bank of Credits in Higher Education) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(2) These shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
In sub regulation 1 of the Regulations 7 of the principal regulations following shall be substituted,
namely:
(1) Universities and Autonomous Colleges satisfying sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 and the Institutions of National Importance as declared by the Government of India and specially empowered by an Act of Parliament to confer or grant degrees.
The sub regulation 2 of regulations 7 shall be omitted.
Sub regulations 3, 4, 5 and 6 of regulation 7 shall be read as 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
Note : The principal regulations were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part III, Section 4 vide F. No. 14-31/2018(CPP-II) dated 28th July, 2021.
