the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), Notification No. 128/2004-Customs
(N.T.), dated 19th November, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i),
(cid:100)(cid:101)(cid:118)(cid:32)(cid:105) number G.S.R.758(E), dated the 19th of November, 2004, except as respects things done or omitted to be done
before such rescission.
