S.O. 2895 (E) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 G of the Industries (Development and
Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Number S.O. 1371(E) dated the 19th September, 2005,
namely:-
In the said Order, in the Schedule, in paragraph 2(1) relating to Name of the Mill and Location, in the entry
against serial number 77, for the words, “M/s. Surya Chandra Paper Mills Limited,” the words “M/s.Surya Chandra
Paper Mills Private Limited,” shall be substituted.
