F. No. CO:ERD:1072:2020(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 read with sub-
section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5
of 1970), the Board of Directors of the Union Bank of India after consultation with the Reserve Bank of
India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations
further to amend the Union Bank of IndiaOfficer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976,
namely:–
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Union Bank of India Officer Employees’ (Discipline and
Appeal) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette.
2. In the Union Bank of India Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976, for the
Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
