G.S.R. 130 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Central Vigilance Commission Act,
2003 (45 of 2003) the President hereby makes following rules further to amend the Central Vigilance Commission
(Staff) Rules, 2007, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Vigilance Commission (Staff) Amendment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Vigilance Commission (Staff) Rules, 2007, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be
