डयूटी पर ऐसे अजधकारी परंतु यह दक (ii) अपर सजचि केंद्रीय सतिकता आयोग -सिस्ट्य; उन् होंने केंद्रीय सतिकता आयोग का (iii) अपर सजचि/संयुि सजचि प्रचजलत प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूििक पूण ि कार्मिक और प्रजिक्षण जिभाग - सिस्ट्य; दकया हो अर्िा सजचिालीय प्रजिक्षण और प्रबधं न संस्ट्र् ान से केंद्रीय सजचिालय सेिा में समतल्ु य स्ट् तर के ऐसे अजधकाट्ररयों के जलए अजभजहत 2 से 4 सप् ताह का प्रजिक्षण दकया हो । ट्रटप्प ण - : िहां ऐस े कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें जिन्होंने अपनी अहकि / पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो िहां उनस े ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें भी जिचार दकया िाएगा परंत ु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकि / पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत अहकि / पात्रता सेिा के आध े से अजधक स े या िो िषि स,े इनम ें स े िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपन े ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत जिन्होंने ऐसी अहकि / पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी म ें प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापूििक पूरी कर ली हो । प्रजतजनयुज‍त :- केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राज्यक्षेत्र प्रिासन के अधीन ऐस े अजधकारी : (क) (i) िो मलू काडर/जिभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए ह ैं ; या (ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैट्रर‍स स्ट् तर, 12 (78,800- 209200/ रुपय े -) म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात ् उस श्रेणी म ें 5 िष ि की सेिा की ह ै; या (ख) िो सतकिता प्रिासन मामले म ें 5 िषि का अनुभि रखत े ह ैं। ट्रटप्प ण 1 : पोषक प्रिग ि के ऐसे जिभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि म ें4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ह,ै प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । ट्रटप्प ण 2 : प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगित केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग म ें इस जनयुजि स े ठीक पहल े धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध ह ै साधारणतया 3 िषि स े अजधक नहीं होगी । ट्रटप्प ण 3 : प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आय-ु सीमा आिेिन प्राप्त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िषि स े अजधक नहीं होगी । [फा. स.ं 399/18/2017-ए.िी.डी.-III ] मनमीत कौर, उप सजचि MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th February, 2021 G.S.R. 109(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003 (45 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Director in the Central Vigilance Commission, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Central Vigilance Commission (Director Post) Recruitment Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and pay level in the pay matrix.– The number of posts, classification and pay level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc,.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.– No person- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by an order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these Rules with respect to any class or category of persons.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 6. Saving.– Nothing in these Rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Deputation: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administration,- (a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 12 (₹ 78,800-2,09,200/-) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing five years experience in vigilance administration matters. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation and similarly, the deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years.
