O.N. 43(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby, makes the following amendments in its
notification No. 43/AP-HP/2014(1) dated 5th March, 2014, as amended from time to time, read with
Notification No. 434/AP-HP/2014(1) dated 20th October, 2014, relating to the appointment of Returning
Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely;
For the existing entries in column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of
following Parliamentary Constituencies shown in Column (1) of the said table, the entries shown against
each of them in column (2) below shall be substituted as given below in column (2) :-
