Data collected by the Central Government or State Government or agencies authorised by the Central Government or State Government, pertaining to road safety, traffic management, offences committed, fines and penalties levied; or 2. Advice rendered by National Road Safety Board, National Road Safety Council or State Road Safety Council, either suo moto or on reference made by the Central Government or State Government; or 3.
