Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby authorizes
Shri. S. BHEESHMANAND, Special Grade Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh to perform the
functions of Competent Authority for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd’s Visakh-Vijayawada-Secunderabad
Pipeline Project under the said Act, within the territory of Andhra Pradesh in place of Smt. K. Sumathi Bai
authorized vide notification number S.O. 1138 dated May 24,2018 . This is effective from the date of notification.
