New Delhi, the 26th November, 2019
S.O. 4278(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Environment (protection) Act, 1986
(29 of 1986), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, dated the 22nd August, 2019, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 3023(E), dated the 22nd August, 2019,
namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the letters and figures, “ISO 17605”, the letters and figures “ISO/IEC 17065:
2012” shall be substituted.
