New Delhi, the 27th October, 2017
S.O.3432(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of
1986), the Central Government hereby rescinds the order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of
Environment and Forests number S.O. 2151, dated the 17th June, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 18th June, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
