S.O. 3717(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) (as amended from time to time) read with paragraph 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import. 2. In supersession of Notification No. 78 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 31.03.2014, Notification No. 28/2015-20 dated 15.09.2017 and Notification No. 03/2015-20 dated 19.04.2017, the following amendments are made, with immediate effect, against entry at Sl. No. 54, Chapter 07 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2012 : Sl. Tariff Item Unit Item Amended Policy Conditions No. HS Code Description Policy 54 0713 Kg.
