Additionally, the Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and the Chief Planner, TCPO, Government of India, are co-opted members.

S.O. 3706(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the National Capital Region
Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985) read with rules 3 and 4 of the National Capital Region Planning Board
Rules, 1985 and in supersession of the earlier Notifications except in respect of things done or omitted to be
done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the National Capital Region
Planning Board as follows:—
