New Delhi, the 6th June , 2017
S.O. 1806(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to
Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby amends the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) number
G.S.R. 15 (E), dated the 9th January, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (i), namely: -
2. In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5, relating to Debts Recovery
Tribunal, Coimbatore, for the figures and words “1670, Trichy Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore-
641 045”, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Ex-Services Centre, Jawans Bhavan, 2nd & 3rd floor, 27, Travellers Bungalow Road, Coimbatore-
641018”.
