(1) इन जिजनयमों को बड़ौदा रािस्ट्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (अजधकारी और कमशचारी) सेिा (संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा. (2) य ेसंिोधन, इनके सरकारी रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से लाग ूहो िाएगं े. 2. बड़ौदा रािस्ट्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (अजधकारी और कमचश ारी) सेिा जिजनयम, 2010 (जिन् ह ें इसके बाद उि जिजनयम कहा िाएगा) म,ें जिजनयम 61 के उप-जिजनयमन (4) के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जिजनयमन प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत ककया िाएगा, यथा:- 6541 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] “(4) जििेिाजधकार अिकाि 270 कदनों से अजधक तक का नहीं िमा ककया िा सकता है, जसिाय इसके कक िहां छुट्टी के जलए आिेदन ककया गया हो और उसे अस्ट्िीकार कर कदया गया हो: बिते कक जििेिाजधकार अिकाि का नकदीकरण अजधकतम 240 कदन के जलए ही ककया िा सकेगा.” 3. उि जिजनयमों के जिजनयम 67 के,- क) दसू रे प्रािधान म,ें “बैंक की सेिा स े सेिाजनिृत्त” िब्दों के बाद, “जिजनयमन 11 के प्रािधानों के अंतगतश ” िब्द सजममजलत ककए िाएंगे; ख) तीसरे प्रािधान के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रािधान िाजमल ककया िाएगा, यथा:- “यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक उस कमशचारी के संबंध म ें जिसकी सेिाएं छंटनी के कारण समाप्त कर दी िाती हैं, िह जििेिाजधकार अिकाि की अिजध के जलए पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भगु तान प्राप् त करन े के जलए पात्र होगा, िो उसने जिजनयमन 61 के उप-जिजनयमन (4) के अधीन िमा कर रखा था.” ग) तीसरे प्रािधान के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत प्रािधान सजममजलत ककए िाएंग,े यथा,- “यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक िहां कोई अजधकारी अथिा कमशचारी, बड़ौदा रािस्ट्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (कमशचारी) पिें न जिजनयम, 2018 के जिजनयमन 27 के उप-जिजनयम (1) और (2) के तहत जिजधित् नोठटस देने के बाद अपनी स्ट्िेच्छा स े कदनांक 01 अप्रैल 2018 को या उसके बाद सेिा स े सेिाजनिृत्त होता ह,ै तो िह अपने द्वारा जिजनयम 61 के उप-जिजनयम (4) के अधीन संजचत जििेिाजधकार अिकाि की अिजध के जलए पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करने के जलए पात्र होगा. यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता है कक िहां ककसी अजधकारी या कमशचारी को, अजनिायश रूप से सेिाजनिृत्त कर कदया गया हो, जिसमें दंड भी िाजमल ह,ै िह जिजनयमन 61 के उप-जिनयम (4) के अधीन, ककसी भी अिजध की पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करने के जलए पात्र होगा. यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक िहां कोई अजधकारी या कमशचारी सेिा छोड़ देता ह ै या काम पर आना बंद कर दते ा ह ै या जिजनयम 10 के उप-जिजनयमन (1) के प्रािधानों के तहत पदत्याग कर देता ह,ै तो िह सिे ा की समाजप्त की जतजथ को उसके खाते में िमा जििेिाजधकार छुट्टी की आधी अिजध की पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करने के जलए पात्र होगा, यह अिजध अजधकतम 120 कदन तक की ही हो सकती ह.ै ” यादि एस िाकुर, अध्यक्ष [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./564/2024-25] नोट: बड़ौदा रािस्ट्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (अजधकारी और कमशचारी) सेिा जिजनयमन, 2010 भारत के रािपत्र, भाग III, खंड 4 म ें अजधसूचना संख्या- 27 कदनांक 06.07.2013 के माध्यम स े प्रकाजित ककया गया था और बाद म ें कदनांक 03.04.2014 की अजधसूचना संख्या-107 तथा कदनांक 04.01.2019 की अजधसूचना संख्या-03 द्वारा संिोजधत ककया गया था | BARODA RAJASTHAN KSHETRIYA GRAMIN BANK NOTIFICATION Ajmer, the 8th October, 2024 F. No. HRM/HO/2024-25/251.––In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 read with sub- section (l) of Section 17 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Board of Directors of Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank after consultation with Bank of Baroda, being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Gramin Bank (Officers & Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, namely:- 1. (1) These Regulations may be called Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Officers & Employees) Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as said regulations), in the regulations 61 for sub-regulation (4), the following sub- regulation shall be substituted, namely:- “(4) Privilege Leave may be accumulated up to not more than 270 days, except where leave has been applied for and it has been refused: Provided that encashment of Privilege Leave shall be restricted up to a maximum of 240 days.” 3. In the said regulations, in regulation 67,- (a) In second proviso, after the words “retires from the service of the Bank”, the words “under the provisions of regulation 11” shall be inserted; (b) For third Proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:- “Provided also that in respect of the employee where his services are terminated owing to retrenchment, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments for the period of privilege leave he had accumulated subject to sub-regulation (4) of regulation 61.” (c) After third proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely,- “Provided also that where an officer or employee voluntarily retires from service on or after the 1st of April 2018, after giving due notice under sub- regulations (1) and (2) of regulation 27 of the Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Employees) Pension Regulations, 2018, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments for the period of privilege leave he had accumulated, subject to sub- regulation (4) of regulation 61. Provided also that where an officer or employee has been compulsorily retired including as a measure of punishment, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments of any period, subject to sub-regulation (4) of regulation 61. Provided also that where an officer or employee leaves or discontinues from service or resigns under the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 10, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments in respect of privilege leave to the extent of half of such leave to his credit on the date of cessation of service, subject to a maximum of 120 days.” YADAV S.
