NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th October, 2017
G.S.R. 1268(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of
section 13 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following
rules to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Miscellaneous Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015,
namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Miscellaneous Posts)
Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Miscellaneous Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, in
the Schedule, relating to the post of Assistant, in column (6), for the words and figures “Between 20 years and 27
years”, the words and figures “Between 20 years and 30 years” shall be substituted.
