प्रित् त िजतियय का प्रयोग करत े ुए, केंद्र सरकार की पूवाडनुमजत के साथ, बोडड जवजध अजधकारी (लॉ ऑदिसर) के पि
हते ु जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम प्रस्ट्ततु करता ह:ै
1. लघ ुिीर् डऔर प्रारंभ -
i. इन जनयम को राष्टर ीय रािधानी क्षत्रे योिना बोडड, जवजध अजधकारी भती जवजनयम, 2018 कहा िा
सकता ह ै।
ii. िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से ये जवजनयम प्रवृत् त माने िाएंगे।
2. पि की सख्ं या, वगीकरण, वते न बडैं व ग्रडे प ेअथवा वते नमान - इस पि के जलए पि की सख्ं या, वगीकरण
व वेतनमान इन जवजनयम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) मे दिए गए है ।
3. भती की जवजध, आय ु सीमा, िजै क्षक योग्यता, आदि - इस पि के जलए भती की जवजध, आयु सीमा, िैजक्षक
योग्यता, आदि उतिय अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में दिए गए ह ैं।
4. अपात्रता – कोई भी व्यजतिय उतिय पि पर जनयुजतिय के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा जिसने:
क) दकसी ऐसे व्यजतिय के साथ जववाह दकया हो या समरूपी अनुबंध दकया हो, जिसका िीवनसाथी ह;ै या
ख) एक िीजवत िीवनसाथी के होत े ुए दकसी व्यजतिय के साथ जववाह या समरूपी अनुबंध दकया हो;
बिते दक केंद्र सरकार संतष्टु ह ै दक इस तरह के व्यजतिय और िसू रे पक्ष पर लागू होन े वाले व्यजतियगत कानून के तहत
ऐसी िािी की अनुमजत ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं, ऐसे दकसी भी व्यजतिय को इस जनयम के संचालन स े
छूट िे।

5. ररयायत/छूट िेन े का अजधकार- िहां केंद्र सरकार की राय हो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, एक
आिेि द्वारा और जलजखत रूप में ििड दकए िान े वाल े कारण से, इन जनयम के प्रावधान के संबंध में दकसी भी वगड या
श्रेणी के व्यजतियय को छूट ि े सकता ह।ै
6. बचत - इन जवजनयम में कुछ भी आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत, अन्य
जपछडा वग,ड पूवड सैजनक और इस संबंध म ें समय-समय पर केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा िारी दकए गए आििे ानुसार व्यजतियय की
अन्य जविेर् श्रेजणय के जलए प्रिान की िाने वाली अन्य ररयायत को प्रभाजवत नहीं करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th March, 2020
No. B-20018/5/2012-Admin.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 of the
National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985, the Board hereby makes, with the previous
approval of the Central Government, the following regulations for the post of Law Officer:-
1. Short title and commencement-
i. These regulations may be called the National Capital Region Planning Board (Law
Officer) Recruitment Regulations, 2018.
ii. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale-The number of
posts, classification, and pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age
limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in column(5) to (13) of the
said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications-No person-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living:
or
(b) who having a spouse living, had entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible
under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are
other grounds for doing so exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or
expedient to do so, it may, by an order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the
provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category or persons.
6. Savings-Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other
concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward
Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued
