New Delhi, the 30th April, 2026
S.O. 2169(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art
Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ashutosh Kumar Agarwal,
as Chairman (Part-time) in Delhi Urban Art Commission, on an interim basis for a period of six months with
effect from 3rd May, 2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier and extends the period of tenure of
Prof. (Dr.) Mandeep Singh, Smt. Nivedita Pande and Smt. D. Thara, Additional Secretary (D) in the Ministry
of Housing and Urban Affairs as Members (Part-time) in the Delhi Urban Art Commission, for a period of
six months with effect from 3rd May, 2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
