(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Coffee Board (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules),- (1)(cid:32) in rule 2, in clause (b), for the word “Chairman”, the word “Secretary” shall be substituted; (2)(cid:32) in rule 5, - (a)(cid:32) in clause (b), for the word “Chairman”, the word “Secretary” shall be substituted; (b)(cid:32) the words “and other posts identified as key posts by the Government of India” shall be omitted; (c)(cid:32) in clause (c), for the words “Chairman subject to selection by Executive Committee”, the words “Secretary, subject to selection by Departmental Promotion Committee” shall be substituted; (d)(cid:32) in clause (d), for the word “Chairman”, the word “Secretary” shall be substituted; (e)(cid:32) in clause (e), the words “and with the approval of Chairman”, shall be omitted.
