(1) इन जिजनयमों को राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली (अनजधकृत कॉलोजनयों के जनिाजसयों के संपजत्त अजधकारों को मान्द्यता,) जद्वतीय संिोधन, जिजनयम, 2023 कहा िाएगा । (2) यह आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इनके प्रकािन की जतजथ स ेलागू होंगे । 2.राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली (अनजधकृत कॉलोजनयों म ें जनिाजसयों के संपजत्त अजधकारों को मान्द्यता) जिजनयम 2019, के जिजनयम 4, में उप-जिजनयम (10) के एिि में जनम्नजलजखत उप-जिजनयम लागू होगा, यथा :- “(10) प्रभार 31 माच,व 2022 तक िैध होंगे और उसके बाि प्रजत िर्व प्रभारों में आठ प्रजतित की िृजि होगी । िैसा दक जनम्नित ििावया गया ह ै। 5903 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] उिाहरण (क) यदि आिेिन 1 अप्रैल, 2022 से पूिव दकया गया हो, तो सरकारी भूजम पर ‘िी’ श्रेणी में आने िाली अनजधकृत कॉलोजनयों में आिेिक को 100 िग व मीरर के जलए 5775 रुपए का प्रभार िमा करना होगा । (ख) यदि आिेिन 31 माच,व 2022 के बाि लेदकन 1 अप्रलै , 2023 से पहले दकया गया हो, तो सरकारी भूजम पर ‘िी’ श्रेणी में आने िाली अनजधकृत कॉलोजनयों में आिेिक को 100 िगव मीरर के जलए 5775 रुपए के साथ आठ प्रजतित बढा हुआ प्रभार अथावत् 5775 रुपए के साथ 462 रुपए िोड़कर 6237 रुपए का कुल प्रभार िमा करना होगा। (ग) यदि आिेिन 31 माच,व 2023 के बाि ककंतु 01 अप्रलै , 2024 से पहल े दकया गया हो, तो उस समय आिेिक को सरकारी भूजम पर ‘िी’ श्रेणी में आन े िाली अनजधकृत कॉलोजनयों में 100 िग व मी. के जलए 5775 रुपए के बढे हुए िल्ु क प्लस उस पर सोलह प्रजतित अथावत् 5775 रुपए प्लस 924 रुपए अथावत ् कुल 6699 रुपए िमा करने होंगे। डी. सरकार, आयुक्त एिं सजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./424/2023-24] नोरः मूल जिजनयम भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में िी.एस.आर 814(ई), दिनांक 29 अक्रूबर, 2019 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए थ,े जिन्द्ह ेंबाि में एफ सं.एलएम/पीएम/0001/2020/यूडीएिाई/एमओएम दिनांक 27 िुलाई, 2022 द्वारा संिोजधत कर के भारत के रािपत्र, भाग III, खंड 4 म ें दिनांक 27 िलु ाई 2022 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था और जिसे एफ.स.ं एलएम/पीएम/0003/2021/यूडीएिाई/एलिीएल/157 दिनांक 15 मई, 2023 द्वारा और संिोधन कर के भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में दिनांक 15 मई,2023 को प्रकाजित दकया गया। DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th September, 2023 F. No. LM/PM/0024/2020/UDAY/POL.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority, with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Recognition of Property Rights of Residents in Unauthorised Colonies) Regulations, 2019, namely:- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Recognition of Property Rights of Residents in Unauthorised Colonies), Second Amendment, Regulations, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Recognition of Property Rights of Residents in Unauthorised Colonies) Regulations, 2019, in regulation 4, for sub-regulation (10), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:- “(10) The charges shall be valid till the 31st day of March, 2022 and thereafter, charges shall be enhanced every year by eight percent. As illustrated hereunder. Illustrations (a) If the application has been filed before the 1st day of April, 2022, then for 100 square metres in unauthorised colonies falling in 'G' category on Government land, applicant has to deposit charges amounting to Rs 5775.[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (b) If the application has been filed after the 31st day of March, 2022 but before the 1st day of April, 2023, then for 100 square metres in unauthorised colonies falling in 'G' category on Government land, applicant has to deposit enhanced charges amounting to Rs. 5775 plus eight per cent. thereon i.e. Rs. 5775 plus Rs. 462 totalling Rs. 6237. (c) If the application has been filed after the 31st day of March, 2023 but before the 1st day of April, 2024, then for 100 square metres in unauthorised colonies falling in 'G' category on Government land, applicant has to deposit enhanced charges amounting to Rs. 5775 plus sixteen per cent. thereon i.e. Rs. 5775 plus Rs. 924 totalling Rs. 6699”.
