New Delhi, the 25th January, 2018
S.O. 439(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development and
Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Development Council Procedural
Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Development Council for the Heavy Electrical
and Allied Industries with effect from the date of publication this order for a period of two years and appoints
the following as members to the said Council, namely:—
