प)रवहन टै)रफ का िनधा(cid:25)रण) संशोधन िविनयम, 2019 कहा जाएगा।
2. वे (cid:4)दनाकं 1 अ(cid:10)लै , 2019 से लागू ह गे।
3. पे(cid:14)ोिलयम और (cid:10)ाकृितक गैस िविनयामक बोड (cid:25) (पे(cid:14)ोिलयम और पे(cid:14)ोिलयम उ(पाद पाइपलाइन प)रवहन टै)रफ का
िनधार(cid:25) ण) िविनयम, 2010 म,1 -
(क) िविनयम 4 म 1ष3म परंतकु के प4ात िन$िलिखत परंतकु रख (cid:4)दया जाएगा, नामतः :-
“बशत5 (cid:4)क स7ं मणकालीन 31.03.2019 तक क(cid:26) िव8ता)रत स7ं मण अविध पणू (cid:25) होने के प4ात 31.12.2019 तक क(cid:26)
अविध के िलए बढ़ाया जाए।”;
(ख) िविनयम 5 म1 पंचम परंतकु के प4ात िन$िलिखत परंतकु रख (cid:4)दया जाएगा, नामतः :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th April, 2019
F.No. PNGRB/M(C)/62/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural
Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Board hereby makes the following regulations, namely: -
1. These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and
Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2019.
2. They shall come into force on 01st April, 2019.
3. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline
Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, –
(a) in regulation 4, after the sixth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided also that the transitional period may, after the completion of the extended transition period till
31.03.2019, be further extended up to 31.12.2019”;
(b) in regulation 5, after the fifth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum product pipeline transportation tariff under
this regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on the date of the
coming into force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum
Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2019 and if the goods tariff table of the railways
is revised during the further extended period of transition, the Board may consider the benchmarking of the
petroleum and petroleum products transportation tariff against such revision.”
