CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 24th May, 2018
G.S.R. 489(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central
Government vide Gazette notification No. 453(E) dated 15.05.2018 had issued draft notification seeking objections or
suggestions from public for amending rule 50 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. In the english version of the
said notification, in proviso of para 2, the word “Black” may be read as “Yellow”.
