S.O. 2820(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules,
2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E) dated 5th December, 2008 and its amendments, the Central Government
by notification number S.O. 1097(E), dated 24th April, 2015 of the Government of India has authorized

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification number S.O. 1097(E) dated 24th April, 2015.
