New Delhi, the 1st March, 2019
S.O. 1114(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(A) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules-2008 (hereinafter
referred to as the “Rules”) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2681 (E) dated 06th November,
2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, section 3, subsection (ii) in compliance with the decision of
Government of India.
