केवल रील या रील(cid:7298) (या कैसेट अथवा कैसट(cid:7298)) के संदभ(cid:6981) म(cid:7286) प(cid:7407)रगिणत क(cid:7409) जाएगी िजसके िह(cid:7021) से या िहस् स(cid:7298) को काटा गया, जोड़ा गया, रंग (cid:7408)कया गया या अ(cid:7008) यथा प(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न (cid:7408)कए गए और इन (cid:7079)योजनाथ (cid:6981)मूल स(cid:7004) यापन के िलए उपयु(cid:6981)(cid:6989)त सारणी म जान े के बाद बोड(cid:6981) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7408)फ(cid:7016) म क(cid:7409) जांच के िलए आवेदक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004) त रािश म(cid:7286) से प(cid:6994) चीस (cid:7079)ितशत क(cid:7409) रािश काटकर आवदे क को संदाय (cid:7408)कया जा सकता ह ै। (5) य(cid:7408)द कोई आवेदक (cid:7408)फ(cid:7016) म क(cid:7409) जांच करने के िलए िनधा(cid:6981)(cid:7407)रत (cid:7021) थान पर िनयत (cid:7408)कए गए (cid:7408)दन और समय पर जांच सिमित या पुनरी(cid:6979)ण सिमित के सम(cid:6979) (cid:7079)द(cid:7414)शत (cid:7408)कया जा सकन े वाला (cid:7410)(cid:7079)ट (cid:7079)(cid:7021) ततु करन े म(cid:7286) असफल (cid:7408)कसी अ(cid:7008) य कारण से आवेदक (cid:7408)कसी (cid:7408)फ(cid:7016) म क(cid:7409) जांच करने हते ु इन िनयम(cid:7298) के अधीन संदये फ(cid:7409)स क(cid:7409) रकम से अिधक रािश का संदाय करता ह ै Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, namely:— 2. In the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, for rule 36, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “36. Fees.-(1) A fee shall be charged for the examination of every film at the rates laid down in the following Table and the same shall be paid either in cash or remitted by postal order or bank draft to the regional centre of the Board where the film is to be examined. (3) A fee of one hundred and fifty rupees shall be paid for a duplicate copy of the certificate. (4) In the event of an application for certification being withdrawn before the film is examined, the Board may on an application made to it in that behalf, refund to the applicant the amount of fee paid towards the examination of the film after deducting twenty-five per cent. of the amount so paid. (5) In the event of an applicant failing to present a runnable print before the Examination Committee or the Revising Committee on the day and time and at the place fixed for such examination, an additional fee of twenty-five per cent. of the fee payable for examination of the film under this Table shall be paid before another place, date and time for the examination of the film is fixed.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (6) If, by mistake, miscalculation or such other reason, the applicant pays towards fee for the examination of any film any amount in excess of the amount of fee payable under these rules, the Board may, on an application made in that behalf, within a period of one year from the date of certification of the film, refund to the applicant the amount so paid in excess. (7) Any person who applies to the Board for information regarding the certification or any other particular in respect of a film shall along with the application, pay a search fee of thirty-five rupees per each title of the film.” [No. M-11021/1/2016-DO (FC] ANSHU SINHA, Jt.
