New Delhi, the 4th May, 2016
S.O. 1640(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing S.O. No. 2921(E), dated 17.12.2012, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:—
Para 1 (a) and Para 2 after Notes shall be substituted as under:
1. The fee levied and collected hereunder shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plazas for the distance
specified for such Toll Plaza(s):
(a) For Ahmedabad-Vadodara section of NH 8 from COD
Location of Toll Plaza(s)(chainage) Length (in km) for which Fee is payable
