10. सीओडी की तारीख से वसूल की जाने वाली पररयोजना की पूंजीगत लागत का वतगमान मूल्य
ददनांक01.07.2017 को 579.68 करोड़ रुपये (पांच सौ उनासी करोड़ अड़सठ लाख रूपए केवल) ह।ै राष्ट्रीय
राजमागग िुल्क (दरों का अवधारण एवं संग्रहण) जनयम,2008 और बोली की जनयत तारीख तक आगे होन े वाले
संिोधनों के तहत लाग ू दरों पर ररयायतग्राही द्वारा वाजणजज्यक पररचालन तारीख (सीओडी) सेटोल संग्रहण दकया
जाएगा । पूंजी लागत की वसूली वाजणजज्यक प्रचालन (सीओडी) की तारीख पर एनपीवी तक पहुचं न े के जलए
प्रजतवर्ग 12% की दर से छूट दके र ररयायत िुल्क के माध्यम से की जाएगी । पररयोजना की संभाजवत सीओडी
01.07.2017 ह ै ।
जजस ददन पूंजीगत लागत वसूल हो जाती ह ै उसके बाद सेटोल दर प्रभाररत की जा रही दर से 40 प्रजतित कम
करदी जाएगी । ररयायत िुल्क में भी दये राजि के 40 प्रजतित की कमी की जाएगी और खंड 21.1.1 के अनसु ार
दस प्रजतित वार्तर्क वृजि लाग ू होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st June, 2020
S.O. 1697(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing S.O. No. 2341 (E), dated 26.07.2017, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:
I. In Para 4, the net road section length of 50.484 km {excluding 1.596 km of structure (having length more than
60m) with equivalent length of 15.96 km} (appearing in line 11 & 12) is modified as net road section length of 51.152
km {excluding 2.320 km of structure (having length more than 60m) with equivalent length of 23.200 km}.
II. Point 1 & 2 after Table 1 shall stand revised as under:
1. The fee levied and collected hereunder shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plaza for the distance
specified for each such Toll Plaza:

III. Point 10 after Table 1 shall stand revised as under:
10. The Present Value of Capital Cost of the project to be recovered from the date of COD is Rs. 579.68 Crore
(Rupees Five Hundred Seventy Nine Crore Sixty Eaght Lakh Only) as on 01.07.2017. From the Commercial Operation
Date (COD) toll shall be collected by the Concessionaire at the applicable rates provided under the National Highways
Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and further amendments till bid due date. The Capital Cost
shall be recovered through Concession Fee by discounting @ 12% per annum to arrive at NPV as on the date of
commercial operation (COD). The tentative COD for the project is 01.07.2017.
After the day on which the Capital Cost is recovered the toll rates chargeable shall be reduced to 40% of the rate being
charged. The Concession Fee shall also be reduced to 40% of the amount payable and annual increment of 10% as per
Clause 21.1.1 shall be applicable.
