10. वाधणधययक प्रचालन की तािीख से परियोजना की वसलू की जाने वाली पूंजीर्त लार्त 1019.98 किोड़ रूपए (एक
हजाि सत्रह किोड़ अठत् ति लाख रूपए मात्र) ह ै । वाधणधययक प्रचालन की तािीख से, ोोल का संग्रहण रियायतग्राही द्वािा
िार ीय िाजमार्ग शल्ु क (ििो का अविािण एवं सग्रं हण) धनयम, 2008 के अिीन की र्ई व् यव था के अनुसाि लार्ू ििों पि
तथा बोली की धनयत तािीख तक उसमें दकए र्ए संशोिन तक दकया जाएर्ा । पूंजीर्त लार्त की वसूली रियायत शल्ु क के
माध् यम से वाधणधययक प्रचालन की तािीख को एनपीवी धनकालने हते ु 12 प्रधतशत प्रधतव्ग की िि से डूो लेते हुए की जाएर्ी
। धजस दिन पूंजीर्त लार्त की वसूली हो जाएर्ी, उस दिन के बाि ोोल ििों को घोाकि 40 प्रधतशत कि दिया जाएर्ा ।
रियायत शुल् क को भी घोाकि िेय िाधश का 40 प्रधतशत कि दिया जाएर्ा औि रियायत किाि के खण्ड 21.1.1 के अनुसाि

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st November, 2017
S.O. 3700(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing S.O. No. 3158 (E), dated 24.11.2015, published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:
(i) In Para 4, net road section length of 123.128 km (excluding 2.73946 km of structures having length more than
60m) and equivalent highway length of 27.3946 km corresponding to structures having total length of 2.73946
km (appearing in line 9, 10 & 11) is modified as under:
“net road section length of 121.662 km (excluding 3.75861 km of structures having length more than 60m) and
equivalent highway length of 37.5861 km corresponding to structures having total length of 3.75861 km”
(ii) Point 1, 2 & 10 after Table 1 shall be substituted as under:

10. The present value of Capital Cost of the Project to be recovered from the date of COD is Rs. 1017.78 crore
(Rupee One Thousand Seventeen crore and Seventy Eight lakh only). The user fee shall be collected by the
Concessionaire at the applicable rates provided under the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and
Collection) Rules, 2008 and further amendments till bid due date. The Capital Cost shall be recovered through
Concession Fee by discounting @ 12% per annum to arrive at NPV as on the date of commercial operation
(COD). After the day on which the Capital Cost is recovered the toll rates chargeable shall be reduced to 40% of
rate being charged. The Concession Fee shall also be reduced to 40% of the amount payable and annual
increment of 10% as per Clause 21.1.1 of Concession Agreement shall be applicable.
