(2) ये सरकारी राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपने (cid:7079)काशन की ितिथ को (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. भाखड़ा ब्यास (cid:7079)बंधन बोडर् िनयमावली, 1974 के िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (1) म(cid:7286),—
(क) खंड (क) म(cid:7286) "तारीख 1.1.2006 के (cid:7079)भाव से रु. 75,500-80,000 (तीन (cid:7079)ितशत की दर से वािषर्क वेतन वृि(cid:7373))"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th May, 2017
G.S.R. 503(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 97 of the Punjab Re-organization
Act, 1966 (31 of 1966), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Bhakra Beas Management Board Rules, 1974, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Bhakra Beas Management Board (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Bhakra Beas Management Board Rules, 1974, in rule 4, in sub-rule (1),—
i. in clause (a), for the letters, figures, brackets and words “Rs. 75,500-80,000 (Annual increment
@3%) w.e.f. 1.1.2006”, the words, figures, letters and brackets “Level 16 in the Pay Matrix
Rs. 205400-224400 in accordance with the provisions of the Central Civil Service (Revised Pay)
Rules, 2016” shall be substituted ;
ii. in clause (b), for the letters, figures and words “Rs. 37,400-67,000 with addl. Grade pay of
Rs. 12,000 w.e.f. 1.1.2006”, the words, figures, letters and brackets “Level 15 in the Pay Matrix
Rs. 182200 -224100 in accordance with the provisions of the Central Civil Service (Revised Pay)
Rules, 2016” shall be substituted.
